Kerala Box Office 2013 - Half Year Report - Top Films

Kerala Box Office 2013 - Half Year Report - Top Films

Last year, the first 6 months was Golden period for Malayalam Cinema, with many Blockbusters, Super hits, hits in 180 days. But in 2013 situation is a bit bad. Without adding Satellite rights most of the films won't even feature in the hit chart. But Since Kerala is a small market where people give equal priority to all language films, its fair to add them too. But the the films that doesn't even collect 60% of its budget can be easily termed as a flop IMO

1. Romans

Last year it was the pair of Kunchako & Biju enon who gave us our first hit & blockbuster. This time around too the situation is the same. Like Ordinary this film too started pretty slow and grew gradually to the biggest hit of the year so far. The film completed 10,000 shows and 100 days run.

Neram

Made in a small budget the film raked in profits for everyone associated
